Fish: Fish Fillet Kisses Mediterranean

The perfect fish: fish fillet kisses mediterranean recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 600 g Fish fillet – redfish or cod
  • 2 tbsp Organic lemon juice
  • 300 g Italian vegetables – frozen
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 1 Green peppers
  • 250 g Tomatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 packet Breakfast bacon
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 packet Fish herbs
  • Sea salt from the mill
  • 0,125 liter Water

Preparation:

  1. Cut the fish into 8 pieces and rub with lemon juice and the fish herbs.
  2. Put the frozen vegetables in a sieve and rinse with cold water. Let thaw like this.
  3. Wash, quarter and core the peppers and tomatoes. Small cutting.
  4. Peel the onions and cut into rings.

Get to work:

  1. Fry the breakfast bacon in a pan until crispy (I made a whole pack to be on the safe side, as I eat half of it while cooking). Only 4 discs are required.
  2. Remove the bacon and drain on paper towels. Put the butter in the bacon and let it froth until it becomes still.
  3. Dry the fish well and add it to the pan. Fry on both sides over a medium heat for approx. 2 minutes. Salt and take out, keep warm.
  4. Now put the vegetables in the pan together with 1/8 l of water. Put the lid on and sauté over a moderate heat. Season to taste with salt.
  5. Finally put the fish back in. Briefly heat everything up again … finished.
  6. We had noodles with it, Italian of course. A fresh Riesling and everything is good.
