Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g fish fillet(s)
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 small onion(s), diced
- 1 apple, diced
- Sunflower seeds
- butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Brush the fish with mustard and tomato paste. Layer the fish and vegetables in a baking dish, sprinkle with sunflower seeds, and scatter with butter flakes. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 35 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes or brown rice.
