Fish in paprika cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g fish fillet(s)
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 300 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 handful of cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp, leveled spice mix (Tandoori Masala)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Almost any fish is suitable

Preheat oven to 200°C. Rinse the fish fillet, pat dry, and place in a small baking dish. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips and add to a pan. Sauté lightly and deglaze with vegetable stock and cream. Add the seasonings and let everything simmer slightly. Pour the sauce over the fish and sprinkle with the cheese. Place in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Serve with rice.
