Fish Ragout in Herb-mustard Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Cod fillet
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • 400 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 a cup Cream
  • 1 tbsp 8-herbs frozen
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut the fish fillets into small pieces, season with salt and pepper and sauté briefly in the butter on both sides, remove and set aside.
  • Now stir the flour in the hot butter or fish stock until foamy, deglaze with the vegetable stock and cream, add the herbs and mustard, simmer for about 3 minutes while stirring, season with salt and pepper, add the fish to the sauce and let it steep in a closed pot for approx. 5-10 min.
  • Serve the fish ragout with boiled potatoes.
