Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 125 g Liver sausage fine
  • 250 g Quark
  • 1 Fresh onions
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook the potatoes as jacket potatoes and let them cool down. Or use boiled potatoes from the day before. Cut these into slices.
  • Cut the onions into slices and mix into the quark with the salt and any pepper. Possibly dilute the quark with a little milk.
  • Now layer in a baking dish: potatoes - spread liver sausage on it - quark mixture - potatoes - liver sausage - quark - (...) - finish with potatoes and quark.
  • Bake in the oven at 220 ° C for about 15 minutes. A few minutes before the end of the cooking time you can put chives and flakes of butter on top.
