Potato – Liver Sausage – Casserole
The perfect potato – liver sausage – casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Potatoes
- 125 g Liver sausage fine
- 250 g Quark
- 1 Fresh onions
- 1 pinch Salt
- Pepper
- Cook the potatoes as jacket potatoes and let them cool down. Or use boiled potatoes from the day before. Cut these into slices.
- Cut the onions into slices and mix into the quark with the salt and any pepper. Possibly dilute the quark with a little milk.
- Now layer in a baking dish: potatoes – spread liver sausage on it – quark mixture – potatoes – liver sausage – quark – (…) – finish with potatoes and quark.
- Bake in the oven at 220 ° C for about 15 minutes. A few minutes before the end of the cooking time you can put chives and flakes of butter on top.
