Potato – Liver Sausage – Casserole

The perfect potato – liver sausage – casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 125 g Liver sausage fine
  • 250 g Quark
  • 1 Fresh onions
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Cook the potatoes as jacket potatoes and let them cool down. Or use boiled potatoes from the day before. Cut these into slices.
  2. Cut the onions into slices and mix into the quark with the salt and any pepper. Possibly dilute the quark with a little milk.
  3. Now layer in a baking dish: potatoes – spread liver sausage on it – quark mixture – potatoes – liver sausage – quark – (…) – finish with potatoes and quark.
  4. Bake in the oven at 220 ° C for about 15 minutes. A few minutes before the end of the cooking time you can put chives and flakes of butter on top.
