Spagettini with Vegetable and Cheese Sauce
The perfect spagettini with vegetable and cheese sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 100 g Sugar snap
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 300 g Spaghettini
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Salt
- 150 g Sweet cream
- 200 ml White wine
- 150 g Blue cheese
- 1 bunch Parsely
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Pepper from the grinder
- Chilli powder
- Wash tomatoes and cut in half, wash and clean the snow peas and cut into pieces.
- Heat the butter in the saucepan, sauté the pods in it. Cook the spagettinis according to the instructions.
- Bring the cream and white wine to the boil in a saucepan, coarsely chop the cheese and let it melt in the sauce.
- Wash, dry and chop the parsley, add to the snow peas together with the tomatoes. Season the sauce with salt, lemon juice, pepper and chilli powder. Arrange the pasta with the vegetables and the sauce on plates.
