  • ½ liter of milk

  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp parsley, chopped

  • e.g. fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Wash and debone the fish fillet. Then run it through a meat grinder twice. Soak the bread rolls in milk, squeeze out any excess water, and add them to the fish mixture. Mix in 3 eggs and the chopped parsley. Season with fish seasoning, salt, and pepper. Blend everything into a dough and form sausages from the mixture. Whisk the remaining two eggs. Coat the fish sausages first in flour, then in the eggs, then in the breadcrumbs. Fry in batches in the frying fat until golden brown. I recommend serving with potato salad and beetroot or green salad.
