Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g veal
  • some butter for frying
  • ¼ liter sweet cream
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • some lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Flour for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash the meat and cut into thin strips. Briefly fry in hot butter and season with salt. Dust with flour and add half of the cream. Sauté for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, clean and finely chop the mushrooms, then add them to the meat. Pour the remaining cream over the sauce and season with lemon juice. I recommend serving with rice or spaetzle.
