Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 15 pieces of fish sticks
- 25 g margarine
- 250 g peach(s) (peach halves)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 3 tbsp oil
- 200 ml tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- oregano
- Fat, for frying

Cut the fish sticks into 3 cm long pieces and fry in a pan, turning them over. Roughly dice the peach halves, add them to the fish, and fry for about 5 minutes. For the sauce, finely dice the onion and garlic, sauté in oil, add the ketchup, stir the parsley into the sauce, and season with oregano.
