Fish Skewers with Paprika Sauce >>

Paprika sauce

  • 1 Peppers yellow
  • 1 Shallot
  • 0,5 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 200 g Cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp Chopped parsley

Fish skewers

  • 300 g Whitefish
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Small zucchini
  • 8 Cherry tomatoes
  • Some flour
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  1. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Peel the shallot and cut into small pieces. Heat the oil and fry the shallot until translucent. Add paprika and cook for about 20 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, rinse off the fish fillet (cod, saithe, redfish, sole, etc.), pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut the zucchini into slices about 1cm thick. Alternate fish with party tomatoes and zucchini on wooden skewers. Dust with salt, pepper and some flour.
  3. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the fish skewers all around for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Prepare rice.
  4. Puree the paprika, pass through a sieve and bring to the boil with the cream. Season with salt and pepper. Mix in the parsley and serve with the fish skewers on rice.
