Fish Skewers with Paprika Sauce >>
The perfect fish skewers with paprika sauce >> recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Paprika sauce
- 1 Peppers yellow
- 1 Shallot
- 0,5 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 200 g Cream
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
Fish skewers
- 300 g Whitefish
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Small zucchini
- 8 Cherry tomatoes
- Some flour
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Peel the shallot and cut into small pieces. Heat the oil and fry the shallot until translucent. Add paprika and cook for about 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, rinse off the fish fillet (cod, saithe, redfish, sole, etc.), pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut the zucchini into slices about 1cm thick. Alternate fish with party tomatoes and zucchini on wooden skewers. Dust with salt, pepper and some flour.
- Heat the butter in a pan and fry the fish skewers all around for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Prepare rice.
- Puree the paprika, pass through a sieve and bring to the boil with the cream. Season with salt and pepper. Mix in the parsley and serve with the fish skewers on rice.
