Fish soup with noodles

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 fish fillets (plaice, pangasius,…)
  • 1 cup noodles (soup), letters or stars,…)
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 tbsp basil
  • 3 tbsp oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cube of vegetable stock
  • ½ liter of water
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté in a little olive oil. Add the tomatoes. Cut the fish fillets into pieces and add them as well. Add the pasta and spices, stock cubes, and water, and cook the soup until the pasta is tender. Season with salt and pepper.
