Salad dressing with strawberry vinegar

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 ml strawberry vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp mustard
  • ½ tsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt, or nB
  • ½ tsp paprika powder
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ⅛ onion(s), finely chopped
  • 50 ml sunflower oil
  • ⅛ tsp paprika powder, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat olive oil in a small pan. Sauté the garlic and onions until translucent. Let cool. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk well. Store in the refrigerator. If refrigerated and tightly sealed, the salad dressing will keep for 2-3 weeks.
