Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g fish fillet(s) (pollock fillet)
- 5 tsp butter or margarine
- 3 tsp mustard
- 4 tbsp cheese, grated Gouda
- 1 onion(s)
- 5 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp herbs (depending on taste, dill, parsley, chives)
- 250 g mushrooms
- lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Country woman’s recipe
Drizzle the fish fillets with lemon juice and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle with herbs and season with salt and pepper. Melt the butter/margarine in a bowl in the microwave. Finely dice the onion and mushrooms and add to the butter. Add the mustard, breadcrumbs, and cheese to the bowl with the butter/margarine and mix well. Spread this filling evenly over the fish fillets. Place the casserole on the middle rack of the oven and bake at 200°C for approximately 30 minutes, until the surface is lightly browned.
