Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200g Camembert(s)
  • 200 g cheese (Brie)
  • 200 g cream cheese spread
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Obatzda / Obatzter

Mash the Camembert and Brie with a fork. Stir in the cream cheese and cream cheese spread. Season with pepper, (a little) salt, and paprika. Slice the onion into thin rings and place it on top of the shredded meat to serve (do not stir it in!). This whole thing is easy to make in the Quick Chef. Variation: You can also add caraway seeds and, if desired, a splash of white wine OR a splash of beer.
