Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg fish (hake)
- Salt
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp butter
- Parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Grilled hake
Clean and wash the fish, and cut into pieces. Season with salt and half of the lemon juice. Rub with oil and lightly dust with flour. Grill the fish on a charcoal grill. Brush with oil frequently to prevent the fish from drying out. Melt the butter, season with parsley, the remaining lemon juice, and salt, and serve with the fish. Variation: This dish can also be prepared in an oven preheated to 250°C.
