Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g rice pudding
  • 1 liter of milk
  • Sugar, to taste
  • Cinnamon
  • 5 large apples, sour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook rice pudding with sugar according to the instructions and let it cool. It’s easy to make the day before. Stir in the cinnamon and egg. Peel and slice the apples. Mix and pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 200°C with knobs of butter for about 45 minutes. Serve with vanilla sauce.
