Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g ground oat flakes
- 3 tbsp peanut butter, natural
- 200 ml milk, low-fat
- 60 g protein powder of your choice
- Cinnamon powder
- 3 tbsp jam of your choice, with at least 70% fruit content

Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven). Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a wooden spoon or similar until a smooth batter forms. Spread the batter evenly onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C (fan oven). After baking, cut the bars into the desired shape and then let them cool. The bars are also perfect for freezing and enjoying later. The batter makes enough for approximately 12-15 bars.
