Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 bananas, ripe
  • 5 tbsp applesauce, unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter, crunchy
  • 150 g oat flakes
  • n. B. Powder (protein powder), vegan
  • e.g. chocolate, vegan, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

high in protein, vegan, without flour and sugar

Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork until mushy. Stir in the applesauce, peanut butter, and oats. Tip: If you like, add some protein powder in a “suitable” flavor. I used a scoop of cookies and cream, but chocolate, vanilla, or nut would also work. If you want something a little less healthy but sweeter, you can also stir in a handful of chocolate. Now, using a tablespoon, drop dollops of batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) top/bottom heat for about 25 minutes. Let cool on the baking sheet. Best eaten while still lukewarm!
