Fitness curd casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 75 g durum wheat semolina
  • 30 g protein powder, e.g. vanilla, strawberry or similar.
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2 apples
  • 1 banana(s)
  • Stevia
  • 20 drops of vanilla flavor, e.g. B. Flavedrops
  • possibly cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

No fat, no sugar, lots of protein

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat). Separate 3 eggs. Beat 3 egg whites until stiff. Mix the egg yolks with the quark, semolina, egg white powder, baking powder, stevia, flave drops, and (if desired) a little cinnamon. Chop 1 peeled apple and the banana into small pieces and carefully fold them into the remaining mixture along with the beaten egg whites. Transfer everything to a baking dish. Peel and thinly slice the second apple. Top the casserole with the apple slices and sprinkle with a little cinnamon, if desired. Bake for 50-60 minutes and enjoy while still warm.
