Can be sweet or savory, great for the office, and still tastes good the next day!

The dough yields two cake-plate-sized flatbreads. Mix the egg with the low-fat quark, flour, baking powder, and flaxseed. Divide the dough and add your choice of sweetener and cinnamon to one half. Season the other half with herb salt. Place the doughs on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Garnish the sweet dough with a little jam and top the other half with a slice of cheese. Then bake the flatbreads at 180°C for 20 minutes. Let the fitness quark coins cool slightly and enjoy. They’re also great to eat the next day.
