Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 m.-large carrot(s)
- ½ apple
- 200 g buttermilk
- 200 g yogurt
- 50 ml juice, (multivitamin)
- e.g. cinnamon
- e.g. sweetener, liquid, or honey

Wash the carrots and peel and core the apple. Grate both or chop them in a blender. Place all ingredients in a tall mixing bowl and blend thoroughly with a hand blender. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
