Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 half mango(s)
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 200 g buttermilk
- 50 ml orange juice
- 1 pinch of ginger powder

Peel the mango and remove the flesh from the pit (you can also use canned mango wedges instead of a fresh mango). Then cut it into pieces and process it in a food processor until the mango is almost pureed. Now add the natural yogurt, buttermilk, and orange juice along with the ginger powder. Blend everything well and serve in a glass.
