Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 200 ml milk, 1.5%
  • 40 g oat flakes
  • 120 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 150 g wholemeal spelt flour
  • some rapeseed oil for baking the pancakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix to form a batter. Heat a little rapeseed oil in a pan, add a ladleful of batter, and then fry each side for about 2-3 minutes. The pancakes are unsweetened, so you can enjoy them with something sweet, such as Nutella, jam, low-fat quark, sugar, or even something savory, such as herb quark, salt, and pepper. Ground almonds or hazelnuts can be added if desired. This recipe yields approximately 4 pancakes. Each pancake (without additives) has approximately: 281 kcal, 35 g carbohydrates, 18 g protein, 7 g fat (of which 2 g saturated), and 3.5 g fiber.
