Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 2 tbsp herb quark (20% fat)
  • Iodized salt
  • possibly chili powder
  • 2 tbsp herbs (fresh or dried), mixed
  • pepper
  • Garlic granules (or freshly squeezed as needed)
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

WW – suitable

Peel or trim the cucumber, bell pepper, and tomato and dice them. Place them in a bowl. Add the herb curd, herbs, and spices to taste, and mix well. Let it sit for about 1 hour before serving. Both portions will then have a combined weight of 2 WW points. Tip: This salad is also great to take to work.
