Preheat oven to 250°C. Freeze the tuna and then cut into very thin slices. Marinate in a suitable bowl with the oil, garlic, salt, and curry powder for about 30 minutes. Clean the bell peppers and slice them into rings. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet and spread with the tomato sauce. First, spread the tuna (I used it with the oil and garlic) on the pizza base. Then, spread the onion rings, bell pepper rings, and finally the cheese on top. (Unlike a regular pizza, I use more tomato sauce and less cheese here.) Reduce oven temperature to 200°C (the initial heat melts the cheese very quickly and “isolates” the tuna, giving it a more intense flavor) and bake for about 35 minutes. Serve immediately. Note: This pizza tastes best when baked lightly.
