Ingredients for 45 servings:

  • 500 g Camembert(s), soft
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 onion(s), very finely chopped
  • 30 g almond flakes or hazelnut flakes
  • 40 g pumpernickel
  • 4 sprigs of dill
  • 4 sprigs of parsley
  • 2 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • 2 tbsp curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Also: 45 Praline Sleeves Dice the soft Camembert. Mash with a fork along with the soft butter, then mix well. Stir the chopped onion into the cheese mixture. Chill for 30 minutes. Roast the almond or hazelnut flakes in a dry pan until golden brown and place on a plate. Finely crumble the pumpernickel and place on a plate. Finely chop the dill and parsley sprigs and place on a plate. Add sweet paprika to a plate. Add curry to a plate. Divide the cheese mixture into 5 pieces. Shape each piece into about 9 walnut-sized balls and roll them in nuts, pumpernickel, herbs, paprika, or curry. Tip: The cheese pralines look even prettier served in praline sleeves.
