Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g tagliatelle
- salt water
- 200 g chicken breast
- e.g. iodized salt and pepper
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil
- 150 ml vegetable stock
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 150 g broccoli
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Finely dice the onion and cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Brown the meat in a pan with the oil, add the onions, and let it translucent. Deglaze with the vegetable stock and season with salt, pepper, and curry powder. Cut the broccoli into florets, add to the pan, and simmer for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle in salted water according to the package instructions. Stir the cream cheese into the sauce and fold in the cooked pasta. Season again with the spices and garnish with parsley.
