Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 150 g butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ bag(s) of baking powder
  • 500 g cream cheese
  • 250 g quark
  • 150 g sugar
  • 50 g butter
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 tsp, heaped cornstarch
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 lemon(s), zest and juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes

very easy and quick

Knead all of the dough ingredients together, roll out the dough and place in a shallow, greased 28 cm Ø dish, e.g. a tart dish. Press up the edges. Bake the base for 15 minutes at 180 °C (top/bottom heat) or 160 °C (fan oven) 220 °C. Cream the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar together until smooth, add the eggs and continue mixing until smooth, then add the remaining ingredients and mix until the mixture is smooth. Pour onto the pre-baked base and smooth it out. Bake for 55 minutes at 175 °C (top/bottom heat) or 160 °C (fan oven) 220 °C on the baking rack on the middle shelf. When the baking time is over, do not take the cake out of the oven, just open the oven door a crack and wait until the cake has cooled down.
