Flatbread Baked with Herbs and Cheese

- 500 g Flour
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 Tl Herbs
- 50 ml Garlic oil
- 250 ml Lukewarm water
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 dice Yeast
- Some olive oil to sprinkle on
- Possibly grains and cheese to sprinkle
- Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the water.
- Put the flour, salt, herbs and garlic oil in a bowl. Add the yeast water and work everything into a smooth dough. Let the dough rise for 45 minutes.
