Flatbread Baked with Herbs and Cheese

  • 500 g Flour
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tl Herbs
  • 50 ml Garlic oil
  • 250 ml Lukewarm water
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 dice Yeast
  • Some olive oil to sprinkle on
  • Possibly grains and cheese to sprinkle
  1. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the water.
  2. Put the flour, salt, herbs and garlic oil in a bowl. Add the yeast water and work everything into a smooth dough. Let the dough rise for 45 minutes.
