Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 1 flatbread(s)
- 6 slice(s) ham, cooked
- 6 slice(s) cheese, Gouda or Edam
- 4 large tomatoes
- 1 cucumber(s)
- Iceberg lettuce or coleslaw
- Remoulade
Instructions

ideal for parties and celebrations
Bake the flatbread and let it cool. Cut it in half and spread remoulade on both the top and bottom halves. Top the bottom layer with iceberg lettuce leaves or coleslaw. Then add the sliced ham and cheese, along with the sliced tomatoes and cucumbers. Place the top layer on top. Cut it open like a cake just before serving. Wrap it in aluminum foil and let it chill for 4-5 hours.
