Flatbread Cake

The perfect flatbread cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Flatbread
  • 500 g Kebab
  • 500 g Tzaziki
  • 500 g Coleslaw
  • 2 piece Mozzarella
  • 1 half Snake cucumber
  • 1 piece Onion

preparation

  1. Bake the flatbread in the oven until crispy and cut in half. Drain the coleslaw very well. Take the mozzarella out of the package and cut into slices. Wash the cucumber and cut into slices. Peel the onions and cut them into rings. Put everything aside, ready to go.

Prepare meat

  1. Fry the kebab in oil and add the onion rings and fry briefly until translucent.

Top the flatbread

  1. First coat both sides of the flatbread with tzaziki. Then cover the bottom with cucumber slices, coleslaw, kebab and finally the mozzarella and put the top on top, quarter it, done 🙂
