Leberkäse burger

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 pretzel rolls
  • 4 tsp, heaped mustard, sweet
  • 4 slices of Leberkäse (small slices)
  • 0.33 radish(s)
  • 3 large radishes
  • 3 tbsp yogurt or sour cream
  • some salt and pepper
  • 4 lettuce leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel the radish and coarsely grate it with the washed radishes. Stir in the yogurt or sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Let it sit and add more salt if desired. Cut open the pretzel rolls and spread the bottoms with mustard. Fry the Leberkäse (meatloaf) in a pan with a little oil and place each roll on a roll. Drain a heaped tablespoon of the radish and radish salad and spread it over the Leberkäse (meatloaf), then top with a lettuce leaf and the lid.
