Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 flatbread(s)
- 1 ½ cups sour cream
- ½ pack of spinach, frozen or fresh, blanched
- 1 onion(s) (red or white)
- 2 balls of mozzarella
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- Garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the flatbread lengthwise, dice the onion and garlic, and cut the mozzarella into strips. Spread the two flatbread slices with sour cream, then arrange the spinach on top. Sprinkle the diced onion and garlic over the top and top with the mozzarella slices. Season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil. Place one at a time in the preheated oven on the top shelf (otherwise the crust will dry out too much) at 180°C (350°F) for about 10 minutes, until the mozzarella is melted.
