Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 3 cucumber(s) (pickles)
  • 200 g meat sausage or roast pork
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp cucumber juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 20 minutes

Cook pasta in salted water. Then, pour cold water over it in a colander (stir well to rinse) and let it drain. Slice the pickles, roast pork or sausage, and cheese and place them in a bowl. In another bowl, combine the sour cream, ketchup, milk, and pickle juice. Add the pasta to the meat and pour the sauce over it. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Let everything sit in the refrigerator.
