Flatbread toast

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 flatbread(s), thin, 20 cm Ø
  • 1 large slice(s) of cooked ham
  • 1 slice(s) cheese, of your choice
  • some ketchup

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 9 minutes

Place the flatbread on the countertop and spread a thin layer of ketchup. Place the ham slice on top of the ketchup and top with the cheese slice. Fold the flatbread in half, then fold it in half again to form a triangle. Flatten the flatbread triangle. Toast in the toaster, point down, until browned to your liking. I toast the flatbread three times on level 1; this ensures the cheese is nice and soft and the bread is perfectly toasted.
