Flatbread topped with minced meat

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 flatbread(s)
  • 1 cup of tzatziki
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • ½ tomato(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 150 g Gouda, grated
  • Salt
  • oregano
  • pepper
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Season the minced meat with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper and fry in a pan until crumbly. Dice the tomato and add it to the pan. Slice the flatbread horizontally and spread with the tzatziki. Place the fried minced meat and tomatoes on the bread. Slice the onions into rings and spread them on the bread. Finally, sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.
