Flatbreads with Tomato Mozzarella – Quick Summer Recipe

- 250 g Greek yogurt
- 150 g Flour
- 0,25 bag Baking powder
- 2 Pc. Tomatoes
- 0,5 piece Moza
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Basil
- 0,5 Pc. Onion
- For the dough: mix the flour, Greek yoghurt and baking powder. Dough is very sticky! Then cut the smooth dough into 4 equal parts. Roll out each part (diameter approx. 20 cm). Fry the small flatbreads in a coated pan with a little oil on both sides for about 2 minutes.
- For the topping: chop the tomatoes, mozzarella and onions and spread them on the flatbread. garnish with basil, season with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Good Appetite!
