Flatbreads with Tomato Mozzarella – Quick Summer Recipe

The perfect flatbreads with tomato mozzarella – quick summer recipe recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Greek yogurt
  • 150 g Flour
  • 0,25 bag Baking powder
  • 2 Pc. Tomatoes
  • 0,5 piece Moza
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Basil
  • 0,5 Pc. Onion
  1. For the dough: mix the flour, Greek yoghurt and baking powder. Dough is very sticky! Then cut the smooth dough into 4 equal parts. Roll out each part (diameter approx. 20 cm). Fry the small flatbreads in a coated pan with a little oil on both sides for about 2 minutes.
  2. For the topping: chop the tomatoes, mozzarella and onions and spread them on the flatbread. garnish with basil, season with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Good Appetite!
