Tomato and Mozzarella Tapas
The perfect tomato and mozzarella tapas recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 packet Mozzarella minis
- 250 g Cherry tomatoes
- 2 Splash Olive oil
- 1 Splash Balsamic vinegar old
- 1 Pr Salt
- 1 Pr Pepper
- 8 sheet Basil
- 1. “Variation”: Wash the tomatoes, split them in two, mix with the mozzarella, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper and arrange nicely, possibly serve with a crunchy bread. 2. “Variation”: Wash the tomatoes, take the mozzarella out of the packaging, skewer with the tomatoes and drizzle with the spices.
