Tomato and Mozzarella Tapas

The perfect tomato and mozzarella tapas recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 packet Mozzarella minis
  • 250 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Splash Olive oil
  • 1 Splash Balsamic vinegar old
  • 1 Pr Salt
  • 1 Pr Pepper
  • 8 sheet Basil
  1. 1. “Variation”: Wash the tomatoes, split them in two, mix with the mozzarella, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper and arrange nicely, possibly serve with a crunchy bread. 2. “Variation”: Wash the tomatoes, take the mozzarella out of the packaging, skewer with the tomatoes and drizzle with the spices.
