Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g spelt flour
- 50 g rye flour
- 50 g flaxseed flour
- 35 g sunflower seeds
- 25 g walnuts, chopped
- 35 g chia seeds
- 6 g salt
- 4 g dry yeast
- 180 ml water, warm
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 50 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Add water and knead thoroughly until the dough no longer sticks to the pan. The surface should be slightly sticky. Grease a baking pan and fill it with the dough. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rise for at least 40 minutes. Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat), cover the baking pan with aluminum foil, and bake the bread for 50 minutes. Remove the aluminum foil after baking. Let the bread cool and remove it from the pan.
