Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce
  • 8 small tomatoes
  • 1 half zucchini
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

super tasty as a side dish and very easy to make

Wash the iceberg lettuce and place it in a bowl. Then quarter the tomatoes, chop the zucchini, and add everything to the salad. Finally, mix in the vinegar and oil (3 tablespoons is enough for the acidic taste) and season to taste.
