Zucchini with green pesto and spaghetti

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 250 g smoked bacon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 250 ml pesto verde (basil)
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice the onion and bacon and fry in olive oil. Slice the zucchini and halve (if desired). Sauté with the onions and bacon until crisp and continue to cook until tender. Finally, season with salt and pepper. Everyone should arrange the fried zucchini fresh on their plates with the spaghetti and toss with the pesto.
