The recipe is a family recipe from our village

Mix everything together and knead; let the dough rise for 45 minutes. Shape into croissants (not too large, they will still rise). Bake at 200°C for about 5-7 minutes (test by pricking the dough to see if it’s still sticky). The croissants are ideal for a birthday breakfast, for example, for kindergarten! Leftovers will keep fresh for a few days if stored in a Tupperware container once cooled. Variation: Use a little less sugar, depending on your taste.
