  • 1 Onion
  • Telly cherry pepper

What is a castle steak: 🙂

  1. It is also called, for example, tiled meat, lid or bat. The palm-long piece of tiled meat is only known to, well let’s say, hardcore barbecues. The meat from the leg of the pig, on the so-called Seated lockbones are usually processed as minced meat or sausage. Connoisseurs and the initiated know that it is a great piece to fry. It should be particularly tender and its consistency should be reminiscent of fillet or chicken breast. You should order it in advance at the butcher! 🙂

Soooo, now to the preparation:

  1. Season the steaks with paprika powder, garlic pepper, seasoned salt and pepper. To let go!

Feta turnip sweet potatoes:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees! Then peel the sweet potato and turnip. Cut into large pieces. Sweet potatoes a little bigger than turnip!
  2. Wash rosemary and marjoram and roughly chop! Then mix the turnip / sweet potatoes with the oil, sea salt, pepper, Pul Biber and garlic pepper! Put in a baking dish and spread the feta crumbs over it! Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes!

Castle steak:

  1. In the meantime, turn the seasoned steaks in flour, heat the oil in a pan and fry the steaks on one side until blood comes out on top, about 2 minutes! Then another 2 minutes on the other side! Meanwhile, peel the onion and cut into strips.
  2. Let the steaks rest in aluminum foil and fry the onions with coarse pepper in the same oil!
  3. Serve! 🙂

P.S.

  1. The steaks can also be grilled super, then without flour!
