simple and delicious

First, melt the butter and chocolate coating in a double boiler or in the microwave. Meanwhile, beat the sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Let the melted butter and chocolate mixture cool slightly, then add it to the egg and sugar mixture and mix. Then stir in the baking powder and gradually stir in the hazelnuts. Drop the dough by tablespoons onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Leave enough space between the cookies to prevent them from sticking together. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan oven) for about 12 minutes. The cookies will still be soft, but will firm up nicely as they cool.
