  • 2 Packages Oreos

Prepare the flower pot

  1. Cut open the freezer bags and use them to knock out the flower pot. Glue the edges with tape. Also glue the freezer bags to the edge of the flower pot with tape. Take the flower out of the pot and remove enough soil to fit in the jar.

Raspberries

  1. Let the raspberries thaw for 15 minutes and mix with the powdered sugar.

Mascarpone cream

  1. For the cream, whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener until stiff. Mix the mascarpone with the yogurt and powdered sugar and fold in the whipped cream.
  2. Soak the sponge fingers with the raspberry lime or the rum with raspberry syrup and place the flower pot on the bottom. Spread 1/3 of the raspberries on top, now 1/3 of the mascarpone cream. Sponge fingers again. Place the glass with the flower on the sponge fingers in the center of the pot. 1/3 raspberries, 1/3 mascarpone cream and again sponge fingers, raspberries and the rest of the cream. Chop the oreos in a blender and spread them on the cream so that you can no longer see the cream. Now it looks like a flower pot. I brought the “flower pot” to my brother’s 60th. The surprise was huge.
