Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 eggs
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 250 g oat bran
- 50 g wheat bran
- 4 tbsp flaxseed, crushed
- 1 tsp baking soda
- n. B. mineral water
Instructions
Working time approx. 7 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 47 minutes

Mix all ingredients with a mixer, adding a small splash of mineral water if desired. Pour the batter into a baking pan and bake in the oven at 200°C (top and bottom heat) for about 40 minutes. If you don’t have an oven, you can also bake the bread in the microwave at about 750 watts for 16-18 minutes, but it won’t be as crispy.
