Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 120 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 240 ml plant milk (plant drink) of your choice
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • Oil for the pan

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

with homemade “buttermilk”

Add the apple cider vinegar or lemon juice to the milk and stir; after about 5 minutes, it should foam slightly. Mix all the dry ingredients and then add the buttermilk. Feel free to add spices like cinnamon. Place small heaps of batter into a preheated, greased pan. As soon as the pancakes form small bubbles, flip them and cook for about one more minute. 270 kcal per serving.
