light yeast bread, ideal with grilled food

Prepare a yeast dough from the first 7 ingredients and let it rise in a lidded bowl (I always use a Tupperware bubbling bowl) in a warm water bath until the dough has significantly increased in size or the lid “pops open.” Now form two flatbreads and press them in several times with your fingertips to create small indentations. Brush the flatbreads generously with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, oregano, and freshly chopped garlic. Bake at 175°C (convection oven) for about 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
