Focaccia with ham and cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 packs of pizza dough from the refrigerated section without sauce
  • 125 g sliced ​​raclette cheese
  • 120 g cooked ham in slices
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary
  • Sea salt, coarse

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, remove the rind from the raclette cheese, then remove a piece of pizza dough from the package and roll it out on a baking sheet. Cover the dough with the ham and spread the cheese on top of the ham, leaving a border of about 2-3 cm. Now place the second dough on top of the first. Press the edges of the dough together firmly and then score the top dough with a diamond shape using a knife. Sprinkle the salt and rosemary sprigs on top and drizzle with a little oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for 15-20 minutes. After baking, cut into slices. Serve with a salad.
