Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 11 minutes; Total time approx. 26 minutes

small, white chocolate cake with a liquid center

Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F) and grease four small baking dishes, such as those for crème brûlée. Slowly melt the white chocolate/couverture in a double boiler. Meanwhile, beat the eggs and sugar until frothy, then slowly stir in the flour. Stir in the melted chocolate, pour the mixture into the four baking dishes, and bake in the oven for about 11 minutes. The cakes are ready when the top layer is firm and they appear slightly domed and browned. Since no butter is needed, they are relatively low in fat. One piece of fondant has 342 kcal, consisting of approximately 10.6 g of fat, 54.7 g of carbohydrates, and 6.1 g of protein.
